You are amazing, you are super important!, you can choose your career, you can choose how you want to dress, you can change your likes and dislikes without anyone's consent or approval. If you really think about your life, yes there are struggles, we all have them, however loving yourself should not be one of them. We can easily forget and take things for granted, I want to remind you how amazing and one of a kind you are. I wrote the " Mind Bending Body Talk" book to help people take control of their mind and their thoughts. Your mind and your thoughts, remove unwanted negative thinking and replace them with self promoting positive thoughts. Anything can be conquered, I bet if you think about some past struggle you overcame, you might remember how big and overwhelming it may have been at the time you were facing it, now it is a past success, however small it may be or however far back you need to go to remember it that is fine. Your past struggles may even be something that you did not necessarily over come but instead grew past and moved forward. Maybe it was a situation out of your control that caused you great distress, but finally came to an end for whatever reason. The point is you can move forward, you can move past those negative feelings. Events and situations happening throughout our lives that effect us in more ways than we maybe aware of. It is crucial that you control your own mind and not any other form of influence in your life, parents, media, peers, family, friends, managers, I could go on and on.

Choose to be the "Master of Your Own Mind" Master yourself, and nobody else will be able to. Not even those subconscious negative thoughts and experiences. "Mind Bending Mind Control' sounds like a parlor trick but I assure you it is not a trick at all. It is a very simple tool to implement, but one that must be diligently practiced, applied, and utilized on the daily in order for you to see and feel results. Yes I said feel results, ridding yourself of negative thoughts will make room for a flood of positivity, and positivity is a feel good mindset that breeds happy emotions. Your life will be transformed by simply having a positive out look in life, being happy can be contagious, like laughter, you walk into a room and everyone is laughing, you then start to laugh as well, it is just an automatic feeling sometimes, we don't even know why everyone is laughing but it feels fun to laugh along with them. Yes sometimes it just a big wide smile and not a full on laugh, but you get the point. Not everyone will be effected by your spreading your aura of positivity around, there are always the bah humbugs of the world. That is fine your not out to change the world your out to change you. 

You could also change others, as a side affect of how others see you and who you have become, a confident, positive, and supportive person. Those around you just might start asking you questions, because everyone wants to be happy and in love with who they are, happiness is attractive, people desire a happy life, and it starts with staying focused on your own happiness. Your happiness will be seen by the world, so you very well could change the world just by being happy!
