Are You A Strong Person? What Are Your Strengths?

In this video I work on a worksheet documenting my strengths. I created the worksheet using Canva. It's just too easy to create documents with.
Anyhow this worksheet is going to be part of my book, I still haven't decided on a title. I hate when I go to the book store looking for a specific book to educate myself on that subject and the title projects to the world I know nothing about that subject. I think book titles should be uplifting or at the very least enticing curiosity, even if it is a self help book or educational tool...

I think everyone can improve themselves. We all have down days and need a pick me up. One that is not drinkable or requiring physical effort ;)
I know through affirmations, meditations, and repetitive practice, you can make positive life changes and bring a challenging or stressful situation to a place that you can manage, not only manage, but overcome.
For instance, feeling down, sad, and alone?

You can look at your worksheet that identifies all your strengths and remind yourself just how strong you are. Even if your not feeling down. Going through your strengths can help keep you on track with goals and projects by of coarse reminding you, you are strong and you can and will succeed.

Stuck in a situation and not knowing where to turn? I bet the answer lies somewhere in your strengths. Maybe you have a solid support system of family, friends, or even acquaintances. There is at least part of your answer.
You have people to turn to, people who are confidants, people you trust. Or maybe it is just one person and that is great, you have a person to bounce your thoughts to and this can help you come up with well thought out answers to your dilemma.

You do not need a fancy sheet of paper, nor do you even need a book to start building your happy self. Any pencil or pen or even crayon will do. Grab paper of your preference or availability and your ready to do your strength survey. In the video I give some solid question to ponder but they are only helpful thoughts. You can describe, list, explain, draw, or even place stickers on the paper. It is for you only and however you choose to document your strengths is going to be perfect for you.

Be sure to keep your strength survey close at hand so you can be reminded everyday how strong you are. This will lift your spirit and start your day off right.

Happy wishes!
